Structure and employees
ALTUM is a self-dependent structural unit with the Mortgage bank, and it is operating on the basis of a statute approved by the Board of the Bank.
Management structure of the office consists of the Head and its deputy replacing the Head during its absence. ALTUM comprises 4 departments:
- Programme development department
- Programme management department
- Risk analysis department
- Promotional loans department
ALTUM employs also specialists, directly subordinated to the Head of the Office (Head of financial accounting).
ALTUM comprises 3 regional offices:
- Latgale regional office (in Jēkabpils)
- Vidzeme regional office (in Valmiera)
- Kurzeme regional office (in Liepāja)
