VAT<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-469501f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"469501f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">The conditions of the digitalisation programme are regulated by the <a href=\"https:\/\/likumi.lv\/ta\/id\/333889-eiropas-savienibas-atveselosanas-un-noturibas-mehanisma-plana-2-2-reformu-un-investiciju-virziena-uznemumu-digitala-transformacija\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No.421 of 05.07.2022.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section headerTab elementor-element elementor-element-28280ee elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"28280ee\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 partially extinguished after the project\u2019s completion and receipt of the European Digital Innovation Centre\u2019s opinion on the fulfilment of the conditions. The amount of the capital discount in which the Altum loan will be extinguished is determined before the conclusion of the contract, taking into consideration the limits of the amount of the capital loan and permissible support intensities.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h3>Two types of loans are available within the programme:<\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-89d2448 elementor-widget elementor-widget-altum-icon-text\" data-id=\"89d2448\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"altum-icon-text.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\n            <div class=\"altum__iconWithText\">\n                <div class=\"iconWithText-icon\">\n                    <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.altum.lv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Altum_ikonas_check_500x500px_280722_v01.png\" alt=\"icon\">\n                <\/div>\n                <div class=\"iconWithText-text\">\n                    <p>Altum <strong>parallel loan \u2013 <\/strong>is provided together with another funder<\/p>\n                <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        \t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d1257a0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-altum-icon-text\" data-id=\"d1257a0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"altum-icon-text.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\n            <div class=\"altum__iconWithText\">\n                <div class=\"iconWithText-icon\">\n                    <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.altum.lv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Altum_ikonas_check_500x500px_280722_v01.png\" alt=\"icon\">\n                <\/div>\n                <div class=\"iconWithText-text\">\n                    <p>Altum <strong>direct loan \u2013 <\/strong>Altum is the only lender<\/p>\n                <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        \t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c19d3c9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c19d3c9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Altum loan <strong>repayment term \u2013 up to 10 years<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1580eb7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1580eb7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Altum loan is extended <strong>for covering eligible costs<\/strong>, i.e., investments in tangible and intangible assets.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>! Important<\/strong> \u2013 the Altum direct loan is available if:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the loan is necessary only in the amount of the capital discount<\/li>\n<li>or a funding request has been submitted to a credit institution and the credit institution has refused to finance the project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section headerTab elementor-element elementor-element-e315ebd elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"e315ebd\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-322cbc5\" data-id=\"322cbc5\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-264b1e4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"264b1e4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>In order to qualify for support, the applicant must <strong>take a digital maturity test<\/strong> in cooperation with one of the European Digital Innovation Hubs<strong> (EDIH)<\/strong> and, as part of the test, <strong>receive a digital development roadmap<\/strong>, which must be submitted to Altum together with the loan application.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>For the digital maturity test and roadmap apply at an EDIH:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dih.lv\/lv\">Latvian Digital Innovation Hub<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.digitallatvia.lv\/home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Digital Accelerator of Latvia<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>After receiving the roadmap, the applicant can apply for the loan at their bank or Altum.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: If the required loan is larger than the possible capital discount, you must first contact another financer, such as a credit institution, to agree on the financing structure or to obtain the other funder\u2019s consent to Altum being the sole financer of the project.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Preparation of the application and conclusion of the agreement:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Take the initial digital maturity test with an EDIH and prepare the digital development roadmap on the necessary investments and planned results of the project<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the project\u2019 s cost estimate, identifying suppliers and listing the investments to be made in the project.
