\u201cAltum\u201d) on May 9, 2019 (hereinafter &#8211; the \u201cBase Prospectus\u201d) have the same meaning in this announcement .<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In accordance with Clause 6.4 of the \u201cBond Placement\u201d section of the Base Prospectus, Altum hereby announces that the placement of bonds in the amount of EUR 15,000,000, which are issued in accordance with the Final Terms approved on 27 May 2019 in addition to 7 March 2018 in accordance with Altum EUR 10,000,000 1.3% of bonds issued with the maturity date of March 7, 2025 (ISIN code: LV0000880037) included in the general terms and conditions of the bonds included in the base prospectus of the first bond offering program of August 30, 2017.
