Only those investment projects that have received approval from LIIA can qualify for a loan witha capital rebate. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u202f<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6,&quot;335557856&quot;:16777215,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">The capital rebate is the full or partial reduction of the principal amount of ALTUM\u2019s loan.The maximum amount of the capital rebatefor the project is determined immediately at the granting of the\u00a0 loan, whereas the actual amount of capital rebate depends on the project\u2019s performance during the post-monitoring stage.<br \/><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p>A loan may be granted if:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The company corresponds to the status ofmedium-sized and large enterprise<\/li>\n<li>The project fallswithinthe branches to be supported<\/li>\n<li>The planned investment of the project is at least EUR 10 million<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of the project has not been commenced prior to submission of the application to Altum and inspection is carried out by Altum at the project\u2019s implementation site<\/li>\n<li>The planned project envisages investments in starting or expansion of production\/provision of services\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f978a9e elementor-widget elementor-widget-altum-tab-block-icon-with-text\" data-id=\"f978a9e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"altum-tab-block-icon-with-text.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"famWithChildBottomContent__wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"famWithChildBottom__h2\" style=\"margin-bottom: 45px;\">\n\t\t\t\t\tConditions\n\t\t\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"famWithChildBottomContent__row\">\n                    <div class=\"famWithChildBottomContentRow__elem\">\n                        <div class=\"famWithChildBottomContentRow__elem-imgWrap\">\n                            <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.altum.lv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/nauda.png\" alt=\"icon\">\n                        <\/div>\n                        <p class=\"famWithChildBottomContentRow__elem-text\">\n                            Up to 30% of the eligible costs of the investment pro-ject (costs oftangible and intangible - assets, such as equipment).Amount of aid may be reduced in view of the regional intensities available to the pro-ject\n                        <\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                \n                    <div class=\"famWithChildBottomContentRow__elem\">\n                        <div class=\"famWithChildBottomContentRow__elem-imgWrap\">\n                            <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.altum.lv\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/termins.png\" alt=\"icon\">\n                        <\/div>\n                        <p class=\"famWithChildBottomContentRow__elem-text\">\n                            Maturity  - up to 20 years* \n                        <\/p>\n                    <\/div>\n                <\/div><\/div>\n                <div class=\"famWithChildBottomContent__rulesWrap\">\n                    <p class=\"famWithChildBottomContent__rules\">\n                        * loan of up to EUR 10 million, subject to eligible aid intensity \n                    <\/p>\n                <\/div>\n            \t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3c2d44a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3c2d44a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The project may be carried out with or without the involvement of another financier.\u00a0 However, if it is not possible to fully finance the investment project by own resources and a capital rebate loan from Altum:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>contact another financier (such as your bank) about the possibility of co-financing the investment project! Altum&#8217;s loan is structurally subordinated to a loan from another financier and secured by a lower class of collateral.The rate of the loanequals that of another financier\u2019s rate.Altum\u2019s loan does not exceed the loan amount of another financier\u00a0 (the other financier\u2019sloan must be in \u00a0EUR). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-40030e7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-altum-tab-block-icon-with-text\"
