The loan is available only to economically viable farms.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d6caa66 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d6caa66\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Who can apply?<\/h2>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Primary agricultural producers that derive at least 80% of their income from primary agricultural production;<\/li>\n<li>Businesses facing difficulties in servicing existing loan obligations;<\/li>\n<li>Farms that can demonstrate long-term viability and an ability to restore financial stability after refinancing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>To be eligible for a refinancing loan, the company&#8217;s financial indicators, based on the financial statements for the most recently completed tax year, must meet all of the following criteria:\n<ul>\n<li>EBITDA is negative, or the net debt-to-EBITDA ratio exceeds 5;<\/li>\n<li>Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) is below 1.1;<\/li>\n<li>Equity is at least 10% of total assets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Following the refinancing of the loans, the company must achieve the following indicators:\n<ul>\n<li>Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) of at least 1.2;<\/li>\n<li>Adjusted equity ratio of at least 10%;<\/li>\n<li>Projected net debt-to-EBITDA ratio not exceeding 7.5.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ca265c2 elementor-widget lenders;<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding principal, accrued interest, penalty interest and other liabilities related to the refinanced loan;<\/li>\n<li>Loans from multiple lenders can be consolidated into a single ALTUM loan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<div>\n<h2><strong>Important conditions:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>New liabilities or new investments cannot be included in the refinancing loan.<\/li>\n<li>The support can be received only once.<\/li>\n<li>Only loans originally used for primary agricultural production are eligible for refinancing.<\/li>\n<li>The loan is granted as <strong>de minimis aid<\/strong> subject to the available de minimis
