On 31 March 2025, Altum signed a contract for financing of project development services with the European Investment Bank. The funding of EUR 4.25 million will be provided by the European Commission’s project INVEST EU Advisory Hub (InvestEU Advisory Hub) as a support for preparation of the technical documentation of the multi- apartment building. Within the framework of the above-mentioned contract the apartment owners of multi-apartment buildings will be able to apply for energy grant through an authorized person. The grant will partly cover the costs of preparation of technical documentation for the multi-apartment building.
The amount of the energy grant will be 90 % of the total costs of preparation of the technical documentation. The apartment owners of the multi-apartment building will have to provide 10 % co-financing. The co-financing is to be paid before preparation of the technical documentation is started. If the authorized person chosen by the apartment owners is liable for value added tax (VAT), payment will have to be made for the VAT part of the preparation of the technical documentation.
The service providers selected in Altum’s public procurement will prepare the technical documentation.
A vote of apartment owners of an apartment building in favor of submitting an application to the Energy Efficiency Improvement Programme for Multi-apartment Buildings 2021-2027 will be a mandatory condition for the receipt of the energy grant.
Energy Grant Programme is open for applications from April 16, 2025.
