Raising the alarm
ALTUM supports and encourages honest whistleblowing about possible violations in ALTUM’s activities.
Any ALTUM employee or cooperation partner may raise the alarm about a suspected criminal offense, administrative violation, or other violation of legal norms at ALTUM that may harm the public interest. An anonymous submission shall not be considered an alarm report.
ALTUM cooperation partners can submit a whistleblower report:
- by sending a message form (in LV) with a secure electronic signature to the e-mail address: trauksme@altum.lv (recommended)
- by post: Doma laukums 4, Riga, LV-1050, addressed to AS “Attīstības finanšu institūcija Altum” and marked on the envelope “Whistleblower report ALTUM”
- by placing it in a specially designed lockable mailbox marked “Alert Messages (trauksmes ziņojumi)” located in the lobby of the ALTUM building at Doma laukums 4, Riga, which is not subject to video surveillance.
