Loan for research and development projects carried out in a RIS3 area:
- Knowledge intensive bioeconomy
- biomedicine, medical technology, pharmaceuticals
- photonics and smart materials
smart energy and mobility - Information and Communication Technologies
The programme has been developed in accordance with Cabinet Regulation No 24 of 7 January 2025 on “Rules on productivity loans for business innovation”.
The loan will be open to small and medium-sized enterprises and large enterprises with up to 3 000 employees
Loan from EUR 300 000 to EUR 1 000 000
The aid will be granted as de minimis aid under EC Regulation No 2023/2831.
Projects must include research and development activities leading to:
innovative products are obtained (assessed at the level of the trader)
increased knowledge, including knowledge about people, culture and society, which can be used to develop innovative products
scientific or technological uncertainties are removed
