Credit guarantees

Who can apply for the guarantee

Credit guarantees can be obtained by performers of economic activity that are legal entities registered in Latvia.

The guarantees cannot be provided or extended if the performer of economic activity has debts of taxes (duties) administered by the State Revenue Service the total amount of which exceeds EUR 150, unless it has been allowed to pay the debt at a later date or the State Revenue Service has taken a decision on voluntary settlement of tax liabilities, or if the performer of economic activity has entered into an agreement with the State Revenue Service.
