For the Development of Inovative Products
To encourage the production of new and innovative products that have not been introduced before, public funding is available to entrepreneurs in the form of a loan with a capital rebate if the project is in one of the RIS3 areas, such as smart technologies, bio-economy or dual-use production of innovative products in the field of security and defence. The loan’s eligibility costs are investments in material and non-material assets, as well as expected wage costs.
Loan from EUR 300 000 to EUR 5 000 000
Loan up to 15 years
The maximum capital rebate is EUR 1.5 million. The capital rebate can be obtained by redeeming up to 30%* of the principal amount of the Altum loan
Capital rebate is applied after project post-monitoring phase
*The support is granted under EC Regulation 651/2014 or alternatively under de minimis Regulation 2023/2831.
The loan is available to small (micro), small, medium and large entrepreneurs with up to 3 000 employees. Companies registered in the Commercial Register of the Republic of Latvia are supported.
