Housing support for National Armed Forces soldiers
A guarantee for a bank loan to cover the down payment for purchase or construction of housing by soldiers of the National Armed Forces.
Persons eligible for the guarantee are soldiers of the National Armed Forces, provided that the price for purchase or construction of housing does not exceed EUR 300,000
Guarantee term is up to 10 years
The guarantee covers up to 25% of the principal loan amount but not more than EUR 20,000
The guarantee can be applied for repeatedly if the obligations under the previous guarantee have expired
Borrowers who wish to receive a mortgage loan secured by an ALTUM housing guarantee should contact one of the banks with which ALTUM has a cooperation agreement.
Additional costs may result from changes in terms and conditions of the guarantee – in this case, a fee of 1% of the remaining amount of the guarantee will apply
Commission
There is a one-time commission of 2.5% of the guarantee amount for review of a housing guarantee application.
