Two kinds of loans are available under the program:

  • Altum mezzanine loan in the amount of the capital discount if the project is financed by a credit institution
  • Direct loan from Altum (including for the capital discount) if the project is financed only by Altum

Loans are available only for applications submitted for selection and approved for participation in the program.
