* You can apply for a loan even before establishing a company and without prior business experience. The only requirement is to have a clear business plan.

Loans are granted as de minimis aid in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No. 2023/2831 of 13 December 2023.
The program is regulated by the Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 328 of May 31, 2016, “Regulations on Microloans and Start-up Loans.” The program is administered by the State Agency for Development and Entrepreneurship Support (SADES).
