possible to combine with ALTUM’s grant ‘BALSTS’
ALTUM provides real estate valuation for free
* the borrower’s age may not exceed 65 years as at the maturity of the loan agreement
* * the principal payments may be deferred
For applications submitted to ALTUM by 30 September 2026:
• rate 0% +6 months EURIBOR up to 13 months from the date of signature of the loan agreement
• no fee is charged for drawing up and issue of the loan
