Energy Efficiency in Multi-Apartment Buildings

All construction works in submitted projects have to be finished and all documentation have to be submitted to Altum not later than 01.10.2023.
On December 8, 2022 Altum opened for applications new energy efficiency programme in multi-apartment buildings. This programme is financed by EU Recovery and Resilience facility. For detailed information about new programme on Altum’s website “Energy efficiency of apartment buildings 2022-2026”.
Free of charge consultations about the conditions of the programme, preparation of the technical documentation related to energy efficiency improvement measures and other matters.
Grants — if along with the implementation of an energy efficiency improvement project, a loan provided by a bank or another financing is received, or an agreement regarding the receipt of a loan is reached with ALTUM.
ALTUM loan with a repayment term of up to 20 years for the implementation of an energy efficiency improvement project.
Guarantee — for a loan provided by a bank or a loan provided by an alternative investment fund in the amount of up to 80% of the principal amount of financing for a period of up to 20 years.
Apartment owners apply for the receipt of financial aid through the mediation of an authorised person by submitting an application to ALTUM.
The objective of the programme is to promote energy efficiency improvement, smart energy management and the use of renewable energy resources at apartment buildings. Target audience and beneficiaries are multi apartment building’s apartment owners.
Financial aid is provided as de minimis aid in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No. 1407/2013 of 18 December 2013.
