Energy efficiency of private houses
The acceptance of new applications for participation in the Private House Energy Efficiency Program has been temporarily closed.

Up till now 1181 private house energy efficiency projects have been approved within the program, with a combined funding of 5.145 million EUR.
The aid is intended for renovation and improving energy efficiency of private houses or installation of electricity generation equipment.
Who may apply?
- A person in whose care is at least one child or a person who is expecting a child
- A person, who is a father of child who is expected
What are the conditions for receiving the aid?
- The private house is one or two apartment building according to the information provided by State Land Service kadastrs.lv
- The building is operational
- No economic activity is taking place in the private house
- The property rights of the house have been registered in the Land Register, and the person who is applying for the aid is the owner of the house
